Available Opportunities:

Network Analyst, Field

  • Job Description: Provides on-site technical support in a Client environment (referred to as Field Services). Will also provide technical support via phone and email in a Service Desk environment (referred to as Remote Services). Schedule is approximately 50% Field Services and 50% Remote Services. Responsible for client preventative maintenance checks, network analysis, implementation for new clients, and resolution of escalated service issues. Also will work service requests created by clients, account managers, and network monitoring tools. Local travel 4-5 days per week.
  • Requirements: Excellent troubleshooting skills, Superior Customer Service Skills, Organizational and time-keeping skills, Able to work independently, Detail orientated and able to manage multiple client environments seamlessly. Prior MSP experience a plus.
  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, 3-5 years of experience in desktop support, 3-5 years of experience in Windows network administration, 1-3 years of Client On-Site support, Expert in Microsoft Office suite, Working knowledge of networked Microsoft IT environment, Good driving record. Must provide own vehicle.

Network Analyst, Remote

  • Job Description: Provides technical support via phone and email to external Clients in a Service Desk environment (referred to as Remote Services). Works service requests created by clients, account managers, and network monitoring tools. May on occasion provide On-Site (referred to as Field Services) to clients based on expertise and client needs.
